  • This agreement will be valid for one year, which can further be renewed under mutual understanding. Giving one-month notice the agreement can be terminated by either side.

  • We shall submit our bill on the first/second of every month and expect to receive the payment by the 7th of very month from you.

  • After providing you the required services/manpower, one of our senior executives shall keep visiting your premises off & on hours to ensure smooth functioning without any hindrance.

  • All disputes arising out of the transactions between a user and Lucent Hospitality Services pvt. Ltd. will be resolved in accordance with the laws of India as applicable. All Disputes arising out of the transactions between a user and Lucent Hospitality Services pvt. Ltd. will be subject to the jurisdiction of Courts situated in Delhi alone.
